About Our Sewer Line Services

Sewer line problems are as complex as the systems that create them—and problems don’t always begin in the toilet. That’s why we offer comprehensive and versatile solutions for a variety of issues, including replacement, repair, and cleaning for older homes and new ADUs.

Here’s how we ensure that wastewater travels safely from your house to the main sewer line or septic tank with minimal disruption:

Unclog Pipes:

We can use traditional or innovative tools like Hydro Jetting to remove human waste and other solid buildup from sewer lines. This treatment restores full flow to your system.

Drain Snake:

These carefully deployed tools, like professional-grade drain snakes and augers, can effectively eliminate blockages.

Camera Snake:

Diagnose issues outside your building or in your yard with our specialty cameras. We can inspect underground pipes to identify Orangeburg pipe collapse, leaks, tree root damage, and more.

P-Traps

There’s no wastewater treatment facility in your home, but you can reduce unwanted odors with an effective P-trap. We’ll perform a perfect installation, so you can say goodbye to harmful gases.

Grease Traps:

Old and new pipes can struggle with grease buildup, which is why we offer grease trap installation and cleaning services to prevent clogs.

Clean Outs:

We can use a variety of methods to deep clean your sewer lines, including Hydro Jetting.

Re-piping:

Replace aging or damaged sanitary sewer pipes with modern materials like ABS and PVC pipes that resist cracks, corrosion, and root intrusion.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Marco was a lifesaver, our fridge supply line failed and was flooding our kitchen. Marco came over to help us at 11pm on a Saturday and while he was here he went above and beyond. I would 100% call them again. I tried 5 “24/7” plumbers who all had AI bots answering their phones and offering me appointments later in the week. Marco answered right away and came out. His professionalism and attitude were perfect. He even put booties on! Thank you so much Marco.

Do you offer emergency sewage backup services?

Yes. We provide 24/7 emergency response to sewage backups so that homeowners never have to wait while wastewater is overflowing. Whether the problem is caused by a major blockage, a collapsed sewer pipe, or a stubborn clog, our team responds immediately to halt the backup, remove contaminated water, and begin thorough cleaning and sanitation to protect your property and family.

How fast can I get sewage backup help in San Marcos?

Many sewage backup issues are addressed the same day, with some resolved within only a few hours. If you are located in San Marcos or surrounding areas, our technicians move quickly to stop the flow, limit contamination, and restore your home or business space efficiently.

What are common signs of a sewage backup?

Pooling water around drains, unpleasant odors, toilets bubbling when sinks are used, slow drainage in multiple areas, and wastewater coming up through tubs or showers are all warning signs. Early detection helps prevent larger problems and costly damage.

Can tree roots trigger a sewage backup?

Yes. Underground tree roots frequently intrude into sewer pipes, causing blockages that push wastewater back into your property. Clay and cast-iron lines, especially older ones, are more vulnerable. We remove the roots and repair or replace damaged pipe sections as needed.

What methods do you use to clear sewage blockages?

We use drain snaking for simple clogs and hydro jetting for more severe or obstructed lines. Hydro jetting uses high-pressure water to cut through grease, debris, and roots, restoring proper wastewater flow efficiently.

Do you offer camera inspections for sewage backups?

Yes. Camera inspections allow our team to see the condition of the sewer line without excavation. This helps identify cracks, collapses, root intrusions, and hidden obstructions so we can choose the most effective repair and cleanup approach.

How often should I schedule maintenance to prevent backups?

Scheduling annual inspections and drain cleanings helps catch issues before they escalate into full backups. Homes with older pipes or heavy root presence often benefit from additional preventative checks.

What health risks should I watch for during a sewage backup?

Raw sewage contains dangerous bacteria that can pose serious health risks. Immediate action is essential. Our technicians inspect the main sewer line, stop the overflow, and remove contaminated water to protect your environment while cleanup occurs.

Do you offer cleanup and restoration if my plumbing system overflows?

Yes. We handle the full cleanup process, including wastewater removal, sanitization, and structural drying. We also inspect plumbing to prevent future backups and ensure your system operates correctly.

Can sewage backups lead to costly damage if I wait to call for emergency services?

Yes. Wastewater spreads quickly, saturating floors, walls, and belongings, which can result in long-term damage. Prompt emergency service reduces contamination risk and limits property damage.

How much do sewage backup services cost?

Costs are influenced by multiple elements, including the type of plumbing system and the level of complexity of the issue. Please get in touch with us to obtain a personalized estimate.

Are sewage backup estimates free?

Yes, you can receive a free estimate from our team. Get in touch by phone, text, or email and we will respond promptly.

What other services do you provide related to sewage backup issues?

Along with clearing blockages, we handle full sewage cleanup, sanitizing, odor removal, pipe repair, re-piping, and preventive maintenance. We also offer hydro jetting and camera inspections to keep your system clear and reduce the chances of another backup.
